Event Breakdown:

A Four Day in person Tap Dance training intensive with Danny Nielsen & Lisa La Touche.

Dancers will engage in building tap dance vocabulary and technique, as well as basic jazz music theory and lessons on improvisation. Welcoming all those who just wanna dig in and TAP DANCE!!!

INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED PROGRAM

Minimum age 12 years.

Please note, on the first day, directors may move dancers to a respective level to maintain the goal of everyone growing at the same pace. Each class will have classes with both Lisa and Danny every day and maintain the integrity of the overall objective of the program. We want every dancer to have a positive learning experience rooted in the tradition and integral practices of the art form.

We highly encourage those who have not taken any classes at a tap festival before or who may only have experience learning through a syllabus to register in the intermediate level to start. Please note class sizes are limited.
